About Time Programme – Application deadline extended!
Posted on October 1st, 2009 by Amy Ritman in About Time programmeWe’ve had such a fantastic response for the About Time programme, we’ve extended the deadline for applications to allow you a little more time to get your forms in. Remember you can apply for both the upcoming November programme (12 & 13 November), and the March 2010 programme. Look here for more details and to download an application form.
We’ve got some fantastic applications in, from a really broad range of people, experiences, locations and sectors. Remember, we’re not just looking for qualifications and expertise, but life experiences and enthusiasm. There are applicants from Edinburgh, Birmingham, Kent and Kings Lynn, Yorkshire, Essex and London to name a few, and experience ranging from charity trustees and school governors, to PCTs, Student Representatives and specific interest groups.
If this broad range of interests and experiences wasn’t resource enough, the programme is looking fantastic and we’ve got visits arranged to some prominent bodies and boards, and a wealth of experienced faces from the governance world who are getting ready to share their stories.
There are still a few spaces left for the November programme and a few more for the March programme, so if you would like to participate, and start to consider making the transition from being active in your local communities, to a more senior regional and national governance roles, why not apply for the programme?
